My infinix note8i less than two years of careful usage started gambling operating itsself when i am doing something with it, it 'll start jumping from one place to another operating itsself even when i am making calls, i have tried various things to stop it to no avail, pls what is the cause

My infinix note 8i always switch off occasionally, even if the battery level is high but if l put it on , occasionally it will on or l plug it to electricity before it can be on. Kindly, advise me on what I can do about the issue of the phone off itself when l am using it

I'm with Infinix Note7...Very happy with my phone. I somehow broke its screen a month ago but could not replace it, by paying however, at Biratnagar in Nepal. Suggest me some repairing.places for Infinix mobiles over here. Thanks.
