[deleted post]In some countries where consumer rights were strict, Samsung were obliged to replace the screen for free within the warranty. But I would agree that it's not the same on other regions.
[deleted post]The cheaper Xiaomi phones have so much issues but it's screen retention not burn-in. Some may have yellowing but that's a manufacturing defect with the adhesive. Issues as such were common on phones manufactured in India. Realme might aswell have the same issue and manufacturing origin.

If the phone is out of warranty then Samsung won't replace the screen for free.

Still using redmi note 3 (MTK), everything is fine. Going to get S20 FE crapxynos just because want to update something in my life... :)
Unfortunately there is only 4G version in my country of S20 FE, and xiaomi still doesn't make IP68 phones, with AMOLED 120hz display + good camera + EIS on a selfie cam... Going to be a sad change as I really like MIUI... :(
