Finally after almost one month after my order, i got my Z10. Nice phone, good job BB.Been on android for a long time, need some time getting used to the BB10 OS. Side laoded few apps and all works just fine. Thanks BB.
About 3 weeks for the z 10 to arrive. Delivery box in good shape and tape sealed ...no problem. Opened box to find the z10 's box...good shape....but wait! The seals have been cut. Great ! Opened box and found screen full of finger prints! Is this a new z10 or used? I was buying a new z 10 I thought..Will call digitalriver in the morning to address this situation ...and then Blackberry.
Received z10 today.about 3weeks but still was happy. Box in good shape but...tape on seals cut open.Great ! Is this phone new or used? Finger prints on screen... Now not happy... I thought I was purchasing a new Blackberry z10!. The delivery box showed no signs of tampering ..so this was present at 'digitalriver' .Will call them in the morning to discuss the situation regarding their new phone claim!
Still waiting for the package to arrive. Fedex is taking their sweet time. First delivery date given was 12/17/13. now it is 12/23/13.
Follow up comment---got my phone despite 'digitalriver' marginal performance---shout out to MrJohnChen(new ceo),loyalty group and Ecommerce(Marie+Katie) who saved the day. Very pleased with purchase and upgrade fromm bb9900--miss the qwerty keys but seems to be okay. I hope BB continues to work on this size and form factor as it is a 'just right' size --the ability to load a 64Gb micro sd is great and I am concerned that if BB and Samsung remain as key players that offer this option.
As for the z10 they need to resolve the email reconciliation issue for non BES if possible and cut a deal with google for maps---the tomtom based prohram is good but gootle maps is worth paying for;that and hire an outside group to improve the music software and I have overcome any reservation as the bb10 os seems nice as I am still learning.

Ordered one from this promotion. Still waiting. I now know why BB is going down - they emailed me two days after my order to let me know they'd cancelled it "for non-payment". When I came back with my PayPal receipt, they still insisted there was no payment. Then out of the blue came an order confirmation. Frustrated, I asked to cancel it. They couldn't. No customer service whatsoever. This company is worthless. Will never get one of their products again... oh wait! They may have no future products!
i got the tracking number yesterday. package send Via Fedx. will reach by 17 it seems.
I ordered Z10 on 30 Nov 2013.They shipped phone on 8th nov 13 still waiting..
follow up comment--received email today saying they are trying to ship by 12/13/2013--due to the overwhelming response--I ask those readers in the know--what constitutes "overwhelming" and how difficult is it to send this out last week!!! that it is taking time to fulfill--just amazes me that a company selling a communication device finds it so difficult to communicate--will report back if I do receive it!!!

i just called digital river. they said all orders will be shipped out no later than 12-13-13 , due to the overwhelming response of orders. i ordered my z10 on cyber monday around 10pm est. and it is still processing (not yet shipped) - they are going by first come first serve basis .
i ordered this on Cyber Monday. i was contemplating about the $5.95 expedited shipping, but just declined it because i was sure it will be here by now. card is charged. but thankfully i used my Paypal. because if i don't receive it by next week. THIS COMPANY IS GOING DOWNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!
