the upgrade should always be optional, i downgraded from 4.4 to jellybean, mostly for the SD-card use of Kitkat, so i dont see this as any issue
It is very ugly, I think I'm going to remove it from my nexus 7 2013, I like kit Kat better, google, apple are trying to make everything ugly now.
Apple did copy Android too, y'all know! Notification drawer is already on the first version of Android (even the beta). Then Apple got it on iOS 5 and so on.
TechGamesAndMore, 27 Jun 2014You can't copy somebody if they were the originators in the first place. I feel that androids are copying apple too much since many of the ideas explained are on apple. I would love to see a picnic
theres already ANDROID L when not all people are using kitkat!!! when oems get to update most of their units to kitkat, next version ANDROID M would be out LOL
What really suck in Android L is the displacement of the on screen buttons. Every now and then, Google changes the look of their Android OS and call it new just for the sake of change. I'm really bored with this OS but there's little to no choice of an alternative open source linux OS for smartphones. Using Android L on a tablet would prove to be hard, esp. with the arragement of the on screen buttons.
Yahya Dodo, 26 Jun 2014Can a developer using moto g not a nexus device install the Android L?No, its only for nexus devices as they are the "Developer Platforms".
