Yesterday a report told us that Apple is going to finally unveil its much-rumored Home Hub or HomePad on October 13. That report implied that it would only be available in one color, described as "Apple's standard gray aluminum finish".
However, it turns out that the device could actually be offered in four colors: Silver, Space Gray, Starlight, and Rose Pink. This information comes from a tipster on X who uncovered the Photo Face setup screens, which will allegedly correspond to the four colors of the Home Hub / HomePad itself.

Last month, a leak told us that the HomePod Mini 2, which is also rumored to be unveiled on October 13, would come in pink, white, green, blue, and "midnight" (read: very dark gray). So it seems like Apple wants its new smart home lineup to be quite colorful. That will definitely help match these devices to your home decor better.
Going back to the HomePad / Home Hub, this is expected to have a 6-inch square display on a metal arm, connected to a round base that houses speakers, in a design not entirely dissimilar to the iMac G4 from way back in the day.
