Lol.. RBa.. Hahaha!.. U hav a lot of questions for fireball & everyone here.. Hahaha.. Your mayb a researcher.
when you use the zoom function of the camera
, actual resolution will be smaller versus set resolution.
... Hey, about the camera this time.. I'm wondering why the picture capture resolution taken from this phone is not uniform even though I have set it to 1280 x 1024, sometimes, when i check the details after taking a photo, it shows different resolutions. In some photos taken from this phone, sometimes it shows various resolutions like 800x1152, 600x800, 480x640, 240x320.. What is that? It is also with your phone?
3110c is capable of continous video so the factor is the memory size.
Yes, there is already available Motorola phone that runs a Symbian OS. It is the Motorizr Z8. I think this is their first ever Symbian phone created apart from their usual creation of Linux-based OS phones..
check your camera settings. it will help. for me 3110c is if not better, same as n70 in terms of picture quality.
yeah, i think so. majority of the symbian phones were nokia. also fyi, motorola has also an os similar to this and it is called juix os(java and linux) and i think it was renamed to motomagx.
Oh.. I see.. That's why Nokia had already manufactured alot of Symbian phones because they are the major shareholder.. Now that solves the questions in my mind.. That's why some companies like Motorola & SE seldomly make a phone having Symbian OS because they aren't a major shareholder. Thanks for the information..
in my 3110c, I get nearly 3 hours 30 minutes of video recording.
hey, am using this fone for last 4 months. Its camera quality is worse than a VGA. Other features are good. But how to get the qulaity of a 1.3 MP Camera? Help me.
dude, symbian os is a consortium of mobile phone companies and nokia is the major shareholder with 47.9% the rest is divided into 5 more companies, ericsson, sony ericsson, siemens ag, panasonic and samsung.
please check this to have more idea of the symbian os. this has nice enough information.
Ther iz already Motorola that runs a Symbian OS? I thought M0to iz juz up to Linux-based OS.
As far as i know about Symbians, Symbian is a software company that is not owned by any mobile company. Meaning, it is an independent company.. Any mobile phone company that wants to use its OS needs to establish a license from Symbian Software Company for a mobile company to use a Symbian OS.. In Nokia, the Series 60, Series 80 and Series 90 are the phones that have Symbian OS. A Series 40 may just run a Symbian Software but it is limited though since it doesn't acquire prior licensing from Symbian. In fact, some SE's and Motorola's already have Symbian OS. Not only Nokia..
nokia 3110c is still in production. however, i do not know if the next firmware update will support for 4gb memory cards.
software company of nokia is symbian, so in general all nokia phone is a symbian phone. however only series 60 and above is actually the "symbian os." for series 40, it is mostly refered as nokia series 40 and not symbian series 40.
can i install symbian softwares on this nokia 3110 classic???
Yes it is possible for you to upgrade the firmware youreself without giving it to anyone from NOkia. Just see Nokia PC suite.
Please do message me for any queries on email@example.com. It is not possible to reply everyone on the forum.
