Anonymous, 27 Apr 2009buying a sim free phone and a separate contract deal normally works out more expensive though ... moreIf you can afford it, buy a SIM free phone and then get a SIM only contract.
You get a much, much, much, much, much, much better deal.
You choose the phone you want.
You upgrade it when you want.
The phone will not be branded.
You won't be restricted in anyway whatsoever.
If you want, you can just get a SIM only deal that you can cancel with just 1 months notice.
Ok, so you lay out more money at the start, but overall you get yourself a much better deal. Why tie yourself to an operator and a handset for 12-24 months? And why put up with such crappy deals that you get with a 12-24 month contract? If you can help it, don't let the offer of a free phone sway you!

buying a sim free phone and a separate contract deal normally works out more expensive though right?.... compared to a free phone and slightly more expensive contract

Looks nice. I am using the 6300 two years, and this is the upgeded version as i understand. But MICRO USB instead of most common used MINI USB... i think not a good idea.
Will be better with a Wi-Fi module...
im bored waiting, i want to have this phone ASAP
Looking at the pictures in the article on mobile-review.com I was a bit dissapointed by the camera performance. Compared to the Samsung S7220 Ultra, the images don't seem as crisp, lacking sharpness and detail.
But I'm still looking forward to this phone. Hope that Nokia won't delay the release for much longer..
Wow sounds and looks like a really functional phone and looks good too.I think I will upgrade.
I really like this phone. I haven't had a Nokia phone for the past 3 years... I might buy this one! It would've been better if it had Wifi! :P
it's perfect ..i love it
