Hi friends.. In my effort to stop rumors about the launch of Nokia C2-00 in India, I sent an email to Nokia. They replied today, 14 Oct 2010 at 5:56pm which says (word to word copy)-

Thank you for e-mailing Nokia Care.
This e-mail is in reference to the launch date of Nokia C2. We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for your interest in Nokia products. We would like to inform you that this phone is not yet launched in India. You may kindly note that each country has a specific time frame which is advised on an as-when-is basis. Hence, we are unable to provide the exact date of release or availability information for this phone. We also do not have any official information regarding the price or features of this phone model. All current and upcoming models that Nokia plans to release in India are posted on our website.

Now it should be pretty clear that this handset has neither yet launched in India nor there is any exact date announced by Nokia for its availability.

yes nokia c2 wil,l dafinately good, but nokia will launch this phone after samsung & other brand will launch 3 sim card stand by phone,,,,
nokia will be very late to launch nokia c2 dual sim card phone.......
