i m using nokia c3 from last from 8 months it is very ggod mobile phone & it has all the features ,including wifi thats makes me feel very comfortable $ reliable i can do my work wth the help of internet @ any place ver i am .........

I've had my C3 for... about 7 months now so here's some answers.
Wi-Fi is pretty good, it even worked for me in the middle of a beach but as I said it can be a bit slow but it does the job & is reliable. And for the price you pay for the phone it's worth it. Wi-Fi is touchy on anything really so just do the usual things refresh your options, move around until you get a good signal or even try turning your phone off then on again but I don't have this issue unless I'm trying to piggy back off someones wi-fi that is too far away.
Your phone isn't broken if you're having trouble with videos! I don't download or watch youtube videos but as said below try using Opera Mini which is in your Internet section listed in the menu.
I don't know how to download themes but I doubt it'd be very hard- try the Nokia site from your phone? I'll look when I get a second.
The phone would be fine for an 11 year old IF they are techno- savy or facebook- savy, if not then no.
I have had no issues technically speaking with my C3 even after 7 months. It's a pretty decent phone with a decent price tag.
I have once for about 2 weeks when I got it I think it turned off then on again randomly a couple of times but it stopped doing it by the time I went to go see about it and my phone has been working it's butt off for the past 7 months now with no sign of this again. Sometimes if you don't hold the power button in long enough it doesn't turn on, of course. It does take a little bit longer to turn on than a normal phone but this a bit more like a computer than a phone.
Push email can be a bit confusing to setup to start with but you just go into main menu then mail (top right hand corner)and add a new account and change the mail settings to what you want and it should appear on the front screen if you have it setup to be there.
Groups are just like creating a new photo album in facebook. You can still see all your other pictures (contacts in this situation) but it's in it's own album (for example family, friends, work). So, you add 'Mum' to your main contacts list, then you add 'Mum' to a group called 'Family'. Mum is still in your main contacts list, but for "quick" and easy situations she's in a group called 'Family' with a list of your other relatives, like a short list if you will. Need less to say, I never use this. It's an extra feature just for wasting time or being over organized so don't panic over it.
C3 supports themes obviously as it has it's own that come as a default with the phone.
One thing regarding messaging that REALLY gets on my nerves is if you receive a text message due to the way it displays the conversation you're having via text with the other person it often doesn't actually "open" the text message although if it's a short text you can see the whole thing in the conversation window. Then you exit out of messaging/the conversation window and it displays the small closed envelope at the top left hand corner saying you never actually opened the new text message, although clearly I saw it.
I also have issues with it displaying who is calling sometimes (yes, they are added to the phone book) but I haven't had a chance to go through the settings to see if I can fix it. It used to show who was calling though, but now it just says incoming call and answer or ignore etc. So if anybody knows about this let me know!
My C3 doesn't usually take long to receive pictures/videos although you can tell one is incoming.
My text messages send fast although as with any phone the longer the message the longer it takes to send.
Battery life is better than most phones although if you're playing around on it all day or on the phone all day it can drain it. Battery life for me generally is charging about once a week normally if I haven't been really busy.
I paid about $199 at Vodafone in November 2010 plus extra to get it unlocked.
My last phone was a Samsung & it only lasted about 6-12 months and battery life was HORRIBLE within 4 months but it's your choice.

Excellent, love it! Is a little slow on wi-fi but does everything I need it to do when I'm out or too lazy to use my laptop/netbook. Putting pics on facebook is easier than using my laptop and are pretty decent quality for a phone & holds quite a few. You can download new games from the Nokia site but you'll get bored pretty quickly although they are a good time waster.
Only down sides are the q/keyboard when in a hurry or somebody else wants to use it and when you take a call a loud speaker is often not very loud even when on full on both ends. Definitely needs the memory card to add songs to.
Overall really easy to use once you figure it out with lots of little extras, maybe some you'll never use :P
