(should consider heavy user) about turn off of the phone during on call, doesn't happen to me. I think yours out of luck. Dont have the touchscreen probs. Best advuce is reboot your phone when having probs. Or master reset it. Ba sure to backup important files.
Nokia c6 is good, but like a pc, it'll malfunction as well if you use it with less care.

no doubt it's a stylish phone but it has many problems like it is havung problem with battery, with touch screen, and the most worst is that its battery is having problems, phone automatically switch-off when call is received or we make a call.
morever, nokia care is also worst in solving this type of problem
at last i will say don't buy nokia phones & if u buy then first ask the nokia -care adddress.
I m not defaming nokia but it is thuth that happened to me

resistive doesnt support multitouch
qwerty keyboard is good with touchscreen
moderate 5mp camera for cool photo capture
fast internet browsing (more with wifi)
s60v5 is just moderate compare to s^3 phones
it hangs if too many apps open (6 or more depend with the apps)
sometimes it gets slow, what i do, restart the phone.
overall good phone. thumbs up!
i have flashed my phone with custom firmware, and it simply fast now. just kinda consider it if you want to. can bring back to original firmware. latest is v40. goodluck buddy!

I have been using C6 from last 6 months now, its works great. Pic quality is just too superb, its even better than a digital camera's quality. Then the sound, its just too good.

hi friendzzzz... i am thinking to buy NOKIA C6. i really like its features and looks... before that i gone through the opinions posted by my frndz.After reading these comments i am really got confused whether i should go for it or not. I know every or other phones will have some or the other problems,nothing can be 100% perfect, And also it depends how u use that phone. "so requesting u give an honest feedback abt this phone." Not only this phone i gone through the opinions given to other phones(like nokia N97 mini, C5, C6-01, Samsung...etc) i found someone 'll tell these r very good and some other 'll tell these r worst. plz.. plz.. give me a honest opinion....

jack, 03 Sep 2011fone is hanging too much and also battery backup while using net is less n of course heavy.
S... moreyeah. Its true, it hangs, but mine doesnt hang often, i think twice a week. The battery backup is not good with net surfing, thats my prob too, but i installed program that will extend battery life. The memory full happens to me too, i installed netquin mobile, kills programs that run on background.
Remember that smartphones are like a pc, you have to care from the inside too. :)
