Lumia 625 got ev... moredude everytime nokia design 6xx series long time befor 5xx, 7xx series.. 525 is fresh design.. so now consider all next 630, 725 comes with at least 1gb ram.. n evleaks already confirms that nokia currently working on l630/635 having code name moneypenny which dual n single sim varient with 4.5 inch display n with wp8.1 blue with on screen keys.. n we can now consider that it definetly get loaded with 1gb ram

Now lumia 525 have nothing but a 1gb ram what you gona do with a smartphone when you cant even video call in this peroid of time or even cant take a snap in dark !
