deep, 20 Mar 2016This phn is very poor qualty bcz hang sometime deep, there is no relation between quality and hanging.It may hang due to low ram but quality is not.I think you do not own this phone.

bought this phone on 6th february 2016.. and my phone malfunction around me, am using smartphones for a period of 4 years... this phone is good, but am unfortunate to get a malfunctioning piece, and dont think they are gonna replace my phone, by telling technicalities, so i have decided to move legally... consumer court or police or sending a legal notice... (highly irritated with after sales service) you cant reach them through email (it keep boucning, says inbox full!!!) cant reach them through toll free number (its always busy... damnt are they selling so much problem phones, or their executives too malfunction???).... their shop staff is ... bluffing with technicalities...

after sales service is bad.. you cannot get proper genuine service.. its my experience, none of your queries will be addressed properly, you cant reach their customer care vide call or through email... if you get a good piece, you are lucky... else you are doomed.

Extreme High Recommendation ,do not purchase these OPPO mobiles phones, just having only new feature Gesture Customize but do not impress on such feature, compare other brand they will give more features with lowest price
