LePhoneNerrrd, 23 Nov 2018oneplus 6t or Samsung s9? if they are the same price, which one should I buyS9 or S9+? However, they both are just a joke because of curved screen and stupid placement of fingerprint reader too close to the camera.
no, 22 Nov 2018Is the mi 8 lite battery bad ( as the post says that it has an average battery ) ?3350 mAh for big notched IPS screen and 14-nm SoC - of course it's not good.
lyndino, 22 Nov 2018So you're saying the PocoF1 is not actually worth it due to the lack of expected flagship qualities? But they are not expected.
Great guide. Just in time for Black Friday tom.
Can‘t get how you could forget the best smartphone for gaming on the market: the iPhone XS Max. Absolute best graphics in the business, one of the best speakers and screens
TheWhiteWolf, 22 Nov 2018The cons are relative to what the smartphone has to offer for the asking price. In India, the ... moreSo you're saying the PocoF1 is not actually worth it due to the lack of expected flagship qualities?
Gosh that Mate 20 stick's out like a sore thumb, just ugly.
I really find the old style of the buyers guide more useful.
I usually try to find the best phones in a price segment and then decide among them.
In current guide there is only one "all rounder" for each segment. The rest of phones are supposedly only good in one department (camera, battery etc)
IntelliSense, 22 Nov 2018OnePlus is Chinese, HMD (licenced Nokia name) in this case is far beyond of Huawei/Honor, Xiao... moreWhat's your point anyway? I don't get why you bring up the Android One and sales and all that stuff. Nokia 7 Plus is the best, and still the best, smartphone under its category. Many tech blogs will agree to that. In my family, we all have iPhone and high-end Galaxy, but I always take the Nokia 7 Plus for some reason. My son too who we upgraded to iPhone Xr, but find the Nokia 7 Plus more reliable. Plus, the Nokia brand is unheard of to younger kids these days. Especially in the United States. His classmates even call his 7 Plus cool and more unique than iPhone that two of them got one for themselves.
Bottom line, yes, Nokia doesn't sell like Chinese phones but it is because it just started out two years ago. But when people start seeing them in stores, they will definitely opt for a new Nokia phone. The build quality is not something you find on any other competitors, and it doesn't look cheap. At all.

Not cheap even. I have it. It's more like a ceramic matte finish I found similarly to non-stick pans. And yes, I totally miss out that OnePlus is Chinese. Still, it is way better than any of its Chinese counterparts out there.

Differences are marginal, it was just used for a show. At least for a smartphone. In real cameras, there are real differences among the given apertures.
Where is the LG G7 ?
Here in India it's currently the best all-rounder iny opinion. It's better than Poco F1 and One plus 6.
This Guide is confusing.. Earlier we used to pick a phone that has best of all worlds within a particular budget.. But now we have to settle for one feature, losing others in bargain.. I sincerely hope that another guide will come up to ease things out..
tijihba, 22 Nov 2018Shouldn't the S9 duo feature in the camera section? The images are some of the best I've seen ... moreMaybe they put some phones in the camera section because they were really good in that aspect and not that good in other aspects.
But the Samsung duo apart from taking great photos also do everything else impressively. So they put them in the all rounders section.. Like these phones are good at everything.
do you recommend mi a2, redmi note 6 pro or Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 AI Dual Camera??
