bit confusion here... the samsung site http://in.samsungmobile.com/mobile/SGH-D780/spec
displays the Talk Time of 13 Hours. But in this site, the talk time is given of 3 Hours only. it a mistake or real information......

Dual sim is the USP here, all th other features are secondary.
As some of our friends mentioned, this is THE Phone for people who have to carry two phones. The secondary feature are also good enough for a normal user.
Probably high end music lovers and browsers should not consider this phone as it's not an entertainment centric instrument.
But it's good....for me!

I think you don't underst... moreWell, I don't mean to belittle the benefits of having a dual-sim phone as I'm sure some users probably have a genuine need for two lines from two different carriers. For me, however, I need two lines mainly to distinguish between business and personal calls and I don't mind that both lines are from the same carrier. My second line has the system access fee (in itself, a ridiculous surcharge) waived, and I get to share the same voicemail inbox with the primary line while having two separate outgoing greetings (one for each line). In short, there are some savings that I get to enjoy by having the secondary line option from the same carrier while being able to take advantage of a very seamless transition between the two lines for both incoming and outgoing calls.
But I suppose all that I've said is moot when the user genuinely needs to have two separate SIM cards in their phone. Peace out.

Yes, you can turn off the second sim if you want- or need to save battery.
