Dear friend,please don't talk about battery back up and all those things here.if you need battery back up you could have good with Nokia 1100...this is a phone as par with smart phone as per Samsung's claim.. but it has got a snail speed browser without at least having image saving option...after investing 11k for this phone,and without having fundamental browser options,Samsung has totally decieved the customers.....without having a decent basic performance in 2g how Samsung can tell to enjoy unlimited ' fun' in 3g....after a huge investment we should not compromise on these farce statements saying that its battery back is good and all....as a consumer we should respond to this...Samsung has the whole responsibility to rectify these issues....
EXPECT SOME FRUITFUL DISCUSSIONS WHICH CAN IMPROVE THE BROWSER PERFORMANCE AND DOWNLOADING OPTIONS....

here i am going to discuss some pros and cons of this phone...
PROS....
1. Nice 5 MP camera
2. first phone to provide 3g service in dual sim
3. nice 3g connectivity
4. inbuilt facebook
5. sansitive touchscreen
6. Good battery backup ( based on usage )
7. direct upload to youtube, facebook etc.
8. youtube videos plays very very much effectively on GPRS too
CONS....
1. RAM is very less. always show less memory close some application although using a single application
2. no call recoder
3. call quality is low as compared to nokia
4. KIES is not user friendly like NOKIA PC SUIT

if u purchase this phone
for the first time use the phone without charging untill battery is empty..
after that charge it and u will get best performance...

although the phone is working good....
the only problem is of its RAM
it always show "Close some applications"
although a single application is running.....

you have to copy and paste ur file to ur phone and then click on the file in the phone...
it will be opened.......

I purchased this mobile on oct 17th. Phone camera and the dual sim part is good.
Browser is worst It gives an error for every big site saying "Too large to open". It doesn't have basic image saving/uploading option. I tried internet using Opera which is good for browsing but the phone does not allow to upload/download pictures/songs/videos on/from this phone.
After 10days of use the messages are not opening.
I tried connecting the phone to pc. But the kies software do not allow me to connect internet from phone.
Please help me, I waited long for a good phone and invested all my savings in this phone, the message feature stopped working from 2nd November.
please help me if find some solution for the message feature.

H.S., 07 Nov 2010It can download MP3 .I downloaded a news bulletin from BBC website and it played back very wel... moreIt can't download Mp3 from main music sites like Raaga,4shared etc. really its a farce model. it gra very good dual Sim ,5Mp camera phone.other functions are UTTER WASTE..
