After update to Sasmung's Android 4.1 MG2 rom, the phone has less responsiveness in general terms. It's more laggy than in 2.3.
Any Android version runs more fast in Nexus S than any Samsung rom in this phone. Samsung doesn't do a good work with the software.
It's Time to go back home. It's Time to Nokia and Lumia. :-)

Diray, 22 Aug 2013my samsung galaxy ace 2 cant zoom when about to take a picture? why??If your running on Android Gingerbread (2.3.6) definitely you cannot zoom the camera when taking a picture. On the other hand, you can zoom the camera if your device is running on Android Jelly Bean (4.1.2)

Rooting or flashing ROM cannot damage hardware as far as i know..thats why im wondering what did happen to this phone after i took it to the service center n tried to reformat it and they couldn't detect the device and he said if its not the systems problems its the hardware in side the phone and now i gotta bring it to the service center

AnonD-176523, 20 Aug 2013Hey if i were u i wouldn't consider buying this device because i have tried to root it and it ... moreDear friend, do not speak about the thing that you don't know clearly....the boot loop problem ( stuck at samsung logo ) happens to most android devices and it can be cleared easily by resetting phone.... why jellybean lag on this device because of improper optimisation of firmware for this device, it will be cleared in the future......So please don't say about a thing that you don't know....

Hey if i were u i wouldn't consider buying this device because i have tried to root it and it had so many problems screen wont show samsung logo i have waited for hours and still nothing and if u updated the jelly bean version like me it will lag so much even though u disable animations thanks dont buy this device im an experienced user of this phone im sorry samsung but u guys suck....
