I'm from the Philippines. Unfortunately, when i went to a Samsung Service Centre this morning, they told me the Jelly Bean update isn't available yet. I went to two service centres

Till now, my device still works well, no bad lag. Typing is still good (Jelly Bean 4.1.2).

They wait the release of the ace 3 to release the jb. By the way of jully or following months ace 3 will be in the market and samsung plan to release the jb on the same date. That why they delay the update.. sorry for your agonony of waiting but samsung enjoy that. They are happy now that manny of us hope and buy their product.

So far, it's fine, good, no lag, but I should keep using it till some next days to make sure whether this upgrade is still has a bug like in Portugal Jelly Bean or not. The only thing that I don't like, it consumed many RAMs.

In my opinion Samsung is not liar, they have just different thinking. Before I go to Samsung Service Center, I had checked OTA and Samsung Kies, no update and no information Jelly Bean foe my country, so I try to come to Samsung Service Center and they upgraded my device to Jelly Bean for not more than 30 minutes.
Note: I am not sure about other country. You should try yourself
