it is not in settings Hi, if you want to update your android version, you download the Rom & install Odin in your system.
Better to read the description that how to put the Roms in Odin & Connect your device to your system.

AnonD-281184, 30 Mar 2018Hello There,
Volte is sometimes depends on software updates. And to support volte the carrier... moreHi
My only issue is VoLTE.
It's not working.
I live in Canada and both my carriers provide VoLTE. My C9 Pro purchased from Amazon.ca is Honk Kong made. I upgraded to Nougat 7.0.1 and still no VoLTE. What software should I expect for? It doesn't show LTE, just 4G/3G/2G. Is this the reason?
Hi! I am a Samsung user for 8 years already. This is my 3rd Samsung phone after S3 and S6. Both phones were really great. I decided to try their mid range phones with awesome features so here's my review:
I have my c9pro for 14 months already. It's more than a year and yet the battery is still good. It drains slowly esp when you reach 50%. Mine still lasts more than 24 hrs. With moderate use, (social media) it can last you 24-30 hrs. Heavy use is 20-24 hrs considering it's a year old. (In mid battery saving mode)
Since this is 4000mAh, thr fast charging could take up to 2hrs for 100%. It is understood bec the battery is large.
Speed is great considering it is 6Gig RAM. I can multitask with no problem. Even in mid battery saving, the performance is very acceptable. What more if no battery saving, the transition within programs & performance is crisp until now.
The only issue I have is the camera, its stability in taking pictures is kind of poor, but the quality in light is good. If u dont take much pictures, camera is a-okay. Also, accessories are rare with this model. I find it hard to search for phone cases. I believe this was only released in China and some parts of Asia and is not globally available. I hope they make this available to all because this is an underrated phone with such great quality.
Overall, I am well satisfied with this phone. It is high quality considering the lower cost than high end phones. You get the bang for your buck with c9pro.

HEMAL PATHIRANA, 17 Mar 2018SONY mid-range mid-high end phones also received OREO update.when my Samsung SM-C9000 will rec... moreYeah samsung is the one OEM who highly customize android to their own taste. So that you can enjoy lot more features than any other handsets which runs in the same Android version. So ultimately it need more time to customize the new comer (Oreo). It is the reason now a days all OEMs are joined their hands to release Android one devices. Android one is nothing but pure stock android. If you want fast update go with stock android devices like Moto, Nokia, Even Htc now, or with less cutomized android like sony and one plus. Or stay with samsung if u want all extra features that samsung offered and be calm until the next update release.
Volte is sometimes depends on software updates. And to support volte the carrier and samsung needs to works together to give a software patch. And to your question yes this phone by default can supports jio Volte but not Airtel and others. To support other networks volte samsung needs to provide updates
This should have been the phone The US received instead we received the J7 and The New J7 prime and both were garbage
AnonD-748117, 29 Mar 2018What i should buy c9 pro, c7 pro or VIVO V9 | please help meI was having a Note 5 and have been using high end Samsung cell phones all the time. I was planning on getting a Note 8, and almost bought it. But then noticed even I don't care much about it's high price, I don't like the curved very long shape, the actually screen is not wide enough. Further more, it got most of the high end features but carried a low capacity battery. With all the high end features, according to many reviews, the battery can last for only up to half a day. Actually my Note 5 was still functionally well but the battery can't last very long. I hate to carry a power source all the time.
After a long search and I found the Samsung C9 Pro, it got all the features I need. Further more, it got 4000 mA battery and 6 GB RAM. Just for these 2 great features, you got the benefits of running many APPs together without slowing down the phone system and never need to carry a power source any more.
I have been owning a C9 Pro for almost 9 months and I am 200% happy with it. Not to mention the C9 Pro is around $350. cheaper than the Note 8. It supports and have upgraded to Android 7 with great power, and RAM space management. You can free up more memory space directly from the setup without requiring an 3rd party APP. The camera is also quite good and should be good enough for most of people.
Unless you have special need from a very high end phone, otherwise this phone is really great for most of people. Great for it's battery life, for it's large RAM size, and also it's got a big 6.2 inch screen. I am so happy I bought this phone instead of the Note 8. By the way, I am an electrical and computer engineer, I know quite well on electronics and computers.
I am using this phone for the last 10 months. I found this phone very good. Before that I used HTC One E9 and other phones. But I found this Phone is better than others.
Before this i was using HTC , than i change to c9 Pro without read any review.. the more i using this phone the more i dont like it.. why? its because its said 6gb ram supposed it can read data faster but when i whatsapp and the same time play game it will a bit stuck.. while the HTC i use before just 2gb ram can play game so hard and texting so hard no stuck even a bit at all.. i change it cause got problem for the battery only.. charge faster but cannot hold on so long.. but now i really miss my old HTC.. its HTC Desire Eye.. for selfie also nice.. this camera like crap.. not nice at all the quality.. but its ok.. now looking forward for HTC U11.. hihi
Amoled, 20 Mar 2018I am going to buy a new phone and im interested in c9 pro but im still doubtful if this is bet... moreYou should buy c9 pro...because the a9 pro and the a7's back will be broken if it accidentally falls down from ur hand...sooo for better experience u should buy c9 pro
Anonymous, 13 Mar 2018Do not go for A8 plus. The Camera isn't good. C9 Pro is the best mobile amongst the two & ... moreDear All.
Its a 3rd class quality mobile. Dont waste your money.
(Not availabe his parts in market/Samsung Franchise and also no one is reparing their board issue)
I've been using it since last year and I have no real complaints apart from the lack of native support for TAP-TO-PAY payment mode.
Battery is great, screen is fine.
I'm not as vain as most so I don't really take pictures, neither do I look at pictures it took, a bit reddish than real-life is what i can say about the cameras.
If anything Android 7.1.1 ruined the notification system. I don't want to see notifications to keep popping up. Just leave it in the top bar as icon, don't wake up the entire world about every notification. GIVE US BACK THE OLD UNOBTRUSIVE NOTIFICATION SYSTEM!
