Samsung Android

Samsung launched the Galaxy F15 last month, and initially the phone came in two RAM versions, both with 128GB of storage. So far you've been able to pick between 4GB and 6GB of RAM, but starting now the F15 is also available with 8GB of RAM in India. Storage is still 128GB.

This new version can be yours from Samsung authorized retailers for INR 15,999 (approximately $191 or €179 at the current exchange rates). As a launch offer you can get bank cashback or an upgrade bonus of INR 1,000 (about $11 or €11).

Aside from the extra RAM, all of the other specs have remained exactly the same as before. The Galaxy F15 comes with a 6.6-inch 90 Hz 1080x2340 Super AMOLED touchscreen, the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC at the helm, a triple rear camera setup (50 MP main, 5 MP ultrawide, 2 MP macro), a 13 MP selfie snapper, and a 6,000 mAh battery with support for 25W wired charging. It runs Android 14 with One UI 6 on top.

Only the optimization decides whether this phone is a good purchase or not. Wingtech (Samsung) has been botching decently equipped phones with cumulative updates and gobs of bloatware, and the same can be expected here as well. Also, I'm ...

Especially given that Vivo, Lenovo (Motorola) and Honor offer 6000mAh phones under 200g, there's no reason to purchase this over the others either.

6gb is enough for average user. but you'd glad that they made it with 8gb of ram, and more expensive. the A15/M15/F15 is basically A14 with amoled display in terms of chipset performance.
