Razan, 18 Sep 2020All ok..but..rom show 52 instead of 64 GB said.And Ram showed 5.5 GB instead of 6 GB...why????You expect the phone come empty with zero apps & UI ? Or you expect the phone doesn't consume RAM when you use it ? Let me guess this is your first ever smartphone & you are from India...lol

Has anybody downloaded and installed the latest update? It's around 1.4 GB (IN region). Wondering if I should install it or let things be as they are - since I don't really have any issues with the current OS...

Areef, 12 Sep 2020But mine is working well. Touch is very smoth and no lagging. Camera, Battery all are fantastic. Absolutely fantastic

For first 2 months, phone was working good. But after that phone started showing battery issues. Finger print also not working well. Phone started to heat. It takes almost 4 hours to get fully charged. Also no proper support given by samsung service centre.
Dissapointment.

Samsung needs to improve on the M series, its really disappointing how these M devices are lagging . I've been using the A models and felt I should change but all I get is DISAPPOINTMENT,

Please google for "Non-Responsive Touch Screen" before buying Samsung M31!!!
I bought the Samsung Galaxy M31 on 22/07/2020. The touch screen went off by itself after 1.5 months (the touch not responding at all). I sent the phone to the authorized technical service of Samsung in Ankara, Turkey.
I don't know how the Samsung warranty does work in other countries. But, despite many complaints about M31 (in short time period touch screen malfunction), the authorized service centre of Samsung accused me of using unauthorised software on my phone, which I have never done. I have only used the well-known apps as available by the Google Play Store. So they try to charge me 850 TL for their faults (I guess that M31 is a manufacturing defect completely - google for it).
My phone did malfunction in 1.5 months, and the service centre of Samsung tries to charge me during the warranty!
Don't buy M31, and also not Samsung!

I have an A51, which uses same processor - and it's slow as hell.
Stay away from Exynos SoCs.

Prakash , 08 Sep 2020OTG not workingSometimes the OTG can't run directly, all you need to do after plug in the OTG, go to My Files Apps (the Orange colour file folder apps), then you can use the OTG.

Prakash , 08 Sep 2020OTG not workingSometimes the OTG works & sometimes it doesn't work, something happened to A71, probably some software issue.
Usually I'll clear all the apps before plug in the OTG, still it may or may not work.
