My Note 9 seemed to loose battery power - it didn't last for 1 day anymore, I had to recharge. So I decided to get Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. That was a mistake. The new Galaxy Note 20 Ultra battery doesn't last 1 day either. In addition I hate the new fingerprint place on the front of the phone. All screen protectors make it unusable. I liked the one on camera on Galaxy Note 9. I don't like how they changed the side buttons and their functionality, especially how you do Power off. In all other ways the new phone is almost the same as the old one. Big disappointment for me.

I have purchased Note 20 Ultra on Samsung Finance + scheme. Today I have upgraded to Android 11 and One UI 3.0 beta version. Post upgrade I fail to register my Idea Sim to activate the Samsung Finance + device. It is now almost 12 hours my phone is not functioning. Please suggest
