Yeah, 2k looks better, but pointless still for something in the 5"+ screen size. It may be beneficial for VR viewing, but I would not be getting that.
But then, if you are to spend on something with features like Wacom, might as well get the Note 4.

"Last time you so praise about Sammy QHD and now you make u turn statement."
Actual power usage cant be compare to hours of endurance test. Both are different situation.
Indeed those QHD display like Note4,G3/find 7/Nexus 6
has crappy power usage.
I think Android 5.0 Lollipop is not for Note 4.....and never be....

LG G2 user, 09 Feb 2015i go for zenphone2 or wait patiently to LG G4Thank you! Id go for asus now as g4 would be expensive by the time it'll be launched and it will be with an expensive plan. Ill take the zenfone 2 without a contract. Thank you again! :)

I considered z3 as well but i had a friend who had a small crack on his Z2 out of nowhere and tgat is with a case. I was a sony fanboy and doesnt believe in forums about the cracking thing but my heart was broken when i saw it myself. It was covered by his warranty but the confirmation of cracking screen hurt me. Lol. If funds woulc be available on march then id definitely pick this note 4. But now im set on asus. Thank you again for the reply! :)

of your two choices, i'd go for the asus. the g3 is lackluster in battery life and in its LCD QHD screen. bottom line is it isn't worth it. i'd also take the z3/z3 compact over it any time. although yes, it's quite affordable.
This phone is very awesome and powerful. My boyfriend bought me this phone. I have Iphone5s and very fanatic of apple products but when I experienced and owned this phone I think I'll switch into Samsung. I can do a lot more in this phone than to my Iphone. The features are so limitless, no lagging because of octacore processor and 2gb ram. So this phone can handle any applications. Now I'm so inlove with my Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
the battery life should last you a good day and a half on moderate use. check your running apps for indexservice as it is the one that rapidly drains the battery. it should be a one-time thing (most of the time) since it indexes your files for a much faster searching service. after a while, which ranges from a few hours to a few days, it should stop and you should be all set to have a battery life that's through the roof.

For example, my Alienware only has a 900 x 1600 screen resolution. I do not see the pixelation of the icons or text. I even have a 10" Surface tablet at 1080 by 1920 - absolutely can't spot pixelation, nor do I keep telling myself that it's a better screen than my laptop.
G3 is another 2k screen resolution phone, but unnecessary with a high price. I really feel 2k screens are useless, unless they're for 40" TV screens.
can somebody tell me does the music player/sound quality on note 4 or s5 is as good as the walkman on z2/z3. Cuz when i compare my galaxy tab pro with my xperia z with $100 sony headset the quality of the sound was way better on the xperia. Is the tab pros music player not as good as on the note 4 or s5 or just sony's is better in this job?

Sounds like you are getting via Smart in the PH. Now the current plans have a cap on the data at 10GB. It used to be "unlimited". I am still in the contract that has that. I think I'll be sticking with the that without renewing as I have been abusing their unlimited service by consuming some 70 to 80GB of data. From then on, I'll be just buying a device outside the contract.
