Got S5 month before for 50,000INR $837 but today its just 35,000INR $585 with in a month price slashed too low god knows what will be the price after few months.

S5 Google Play Edition will come with ANDROID L developer... I love android L UI . . . It's premium like ios...

I dont know why people are saying bad for this as i am using this for last 2 months and honestly there is no other device to even come close to this monster.
I think those who are saying this bad actually havn't used this in real....this is so fast & no laggy at all and what a fablous camera with handsome battery life....its almost perfect

Bought Galaxy S5 for about 3 months by now. Wanted to opt out of Samsung but found myself with it again.
Pros:
-Best battery lifetime I had for a smart phone ever. Gives me around 16 hours of heavy use. Music, browsing, wifi and high accuracy GPS mode always on.
-Built is by far better than S3 and S4 and feels good in hand. Yes it is plastic but of premium kind.
-Super fast. Prompt response. Zero hangs since I bought.
-Phase detection camera feature is a little bit hard to get used to. But once you master it. It will give you best pics ever looks like taken from a DSLR camera rather than a smart phone. Use phase detection feature only in daylight for best results. Can't praise it enough.
-Built in IR Remote control works like magic. Use it with TV, satalite and setup top box, AC and DvD players, home theatre.
-although I dont use this much. Heartbeat sensor works. Pedometer also is a nice feature helps you monitor walking/running activities and record history and even encourages you to do more.
-Many free premium subscriptions to paid apps worth of around couple hundreds of $. Linkedin premium, Bloomberg+, Wall Street journal premium, lark and some other useful stuff. For periods from 3 month up to a year.
- very fast charging/data transmission using USB 3 cable, but you can still use normal mini USB same like S3 and S4
- dedicated task switcher button. It has normal menu button hidden in it by long pressing (took me a challenge to know that)
-very effective ultra power saving mode gives you option of extending battery for almost 12 hours using only around 10% of charge with limited functions.
Cons:
- Loud speaker is mono? It is good when you put something behind it to amplify sound. But could be better.
- USB 3 cable is not included in retail package. You buy it if you want it.

I am a regular user of Samsung smart phones, since V long, recently i have seen that all Samsung smart phones hang, have used Galaxy S, SII, S3, S 3 Deos new. Grand 2 deos & S4 The problem of software hang is too bad & irritating. Want to buy S5 but am thinking of changing the brand to SONY or HTC, any suggestions?
