When this mobile available in indian market?
I want mobile with 4.0 android inbuild and in range of 14000 to 17000rs.
From specification it's awsome phone.
But i am not sure of samsung quality.
I heard in case of samsung ace lot of function not work properly, accelerometer is not working properly after some day(recent ace reviews) while playing game, cant hear in call, some problems.
So im afraide of putting money in this.
Can any one give suggestion in this case.
I think its going to be priced on par with Galaxy S advance which is way better.
Can anyone please tell if this mobile will be able to make video call?
I purchased motorola defy mini xt321 (dual sim) thinking it can make video call as it has front camera. But motorola has made fool as there doesnt seems any option to operate front camera nor can do video call.
Thanks in advance for any response :)
AnonD-4954, 20 Aug 2012And they told us that i9000 isn't good enough to run ics....... REALLY~?!look at ram memory...is 768 instead 512 at i9000
only drawback of this mobile is that it came in single colour, i.e. in white. Samsung should launch the mobile in different colour which are being sold in market more, like grey, black etc.
finally n officially it is announced today on 20th august 2012 with price INR 17000/- .it may be avilable on market till last week of august
hurrayyy...runnn to the samsung shop...
I love the introduction of this phone......simply because it's an exact replica in terms of specs to the HTC Desire V which I was about to purchase. While I've always had a close affection for Samsung products, considering the similarities between the phones the HTC Desire V have the edge with a larger battery, better audio (as of now)and a smaller footprint at 9.3mm. Where Samsung needs to compete is at price, the HTC Desire V is on the market at around USD 315 so let's hope the Korean company is listening.

is this mobile available only in white color?
i think black color suit for this mobile.
Vasan, 20 Aug 2012HTC Desire V has a better battery backup other futures are equal with desire VFrom what I have checked so far - HTC Desire V does not have a compass, so will not be usable for navigation - other than that apart from the slightly better battery on the HTC no difference between the two
Go for Micromax A90
Super AMOLED screen , same spec. with 8MP camera.
1650 mah battery
Here are the official specifications
Video recording is fwvga @30fps. that translates to 854*480@30 fps
Only drawback is the adreno 200 gpu.
Talktime and standby is not given yet.
So i guess the battery backup and price will play a major role in the popularity of this phone. Waiting eagerly to launch in india at a affordable price.
The specs are inferior to BLU Vivo 4.3
the Vivo 4.3 has
4.3" Super AMOLED Plus screen
8MP Camera + 1.3MP front camera
reportedly for about US$250 http://www.androidauthority.com/the-best-android-smartphones-youve-never-heard-of-108102/
Vasan, 20 Aug 2012HTC Desire V has a better battery backup other futures are equal with desire VDesire v lacks a front cam n is nt a dual active standby phone.
Secondary cam & LED flash are 2 advantages of this phone compare with samsung galaxy ace duos.
I guess the price is about 19000/- INR
