Sharp to unveil Aquos S3 High Edition this Thursday
Sharp has sent out invites for an upgraded version of the Aquos S3, which will be unveiled on June 7 (this Thursday). Dubbed the Sharp Aquos S3 High Edition, it will upgrade the chipset and memory, but leave the other specs untouched.
Specifically, a Snapdragon 660 chip will take over from the 630 of the base version. Also, internal storage will be doubled to 128 GB.

Also, it seems that Qi wireless charging will be supported (the S3 came with only wired Quick Charge 3.0). Battery capacity will be unchanged (3,200 mAh).
There’s no indication yet that the Aquos S3 mini will get a High Edition as well.

Not a lot of people know that Sharp is now a Chinese company.(Foxconn) They are like cheating to the crowd claiming that it's from Japan and it's all a scam. As an user I can say SHARP phone is now shit like Xiaomi.
