ADNAN, 23 May 2009i don"t like this mobile i agree its a decent set. its very robust. good network but gprs speed is not that high. as like all se joystick phones it does not work. i even had to change it once. i had to change da battery too. low java heap size. and damm 12mb:-(. i have been using this set 4 3 years. have tried to upgrade its firmware but failed in Bangladesh . can any one help of with that

Sek500i is really a good phone coz the features are great except only for a low memory of 12mb! All in all the k500i can be called "ASTIG PHONE"!

my k500i stil work. same problem is poor of memory, bad joystick, emergency call. but i have some fun with the browser, using opera mini in it. thank's K500i

a very loyal companion. i've been having it for a year now and i loved it since i first hold at it. very nice for browsing the internet specially when using opera mini but the built in browser is doing great as well.. very crisp screen display and can do some multitasking

I have had this phone for many years and I hate it. It doesn't have enough memory and joystick doesn't work. I am very happy that I am going to change this phone , I am going to buy Nokia 7310 supernova, But I am still not sure that is a very good phone, I think the pink one is the best , Can anyone recomment me to buy that phone or not . my k5 restarts when i connected it in gprs. . . i think its a bug s0 im planning to upgrade the firmware. .

LANCE VANCE PEREZ, 05 Oct 2008k500i is a nice phone it has mp3 player...1.2 megapixel the maximum yes.. it has mp3 player. you'll have 1.2 if its totally music, no pix or videos stored... otherwise, it's lesser...

sony ericsson k500i is just a simple mobile phone packed with very simple but useful applications. you will not be able to download many softwares here coz the phone memory is too small and limited...im sorry harvey but i can't answer your question its already been 2 yrs ago since i had my k500i phone, i think it would be better if your going to contact your network provider regarding with that concerb...:)
