I am using k500 for one year and it works fine. Its sound quality is good and its recording of voices during call is too good

i got the k500i and its a really tough fone i must of droped it like 100 times and smashed it 4 times and put it back together and it worked fine! i've had the phone 4 about 2 or 3 years and after about a month i was able to use the navigation stick efectivly and easy.

It's so cool! It's the perfect mobile phone, which combines utility with enough space for music... the onlt problem is the joystikc, I have it for 1 year, and it doesn't work anymore... and it doesn't have a card memory! They should reinvent it with new features!

Navigator is giving very much trouble. So it is better to opt other type of mobile.

The navigator gives very frequent trouble. Another disadvantage is that it can store only 510 contacts and there is no slot for additional memory card.

Overall, a wonderful phone. The biggest minus is the navigator key, I couldn't navigate anywhere where needed, it just opened everithing. Otherwise, cool and reliable phone, ideal price.

six month ago i purchase a k500i mobile and the set navicator key give maximum trouble and very difficult to search phone book some times its ring the the number without my command for ring.recently my lcd display demages and i cannot view any thing in lcd display and saler refuse to change or repair the same

Sony Ericssion is the A A A & THE BEST CELL PHONE,

its a cool phone, but it has small memory and the joystick stops responding well after some time, oh and you cant set your own tone to message alert, but its a cool phone

If your looking for a reliable phone this phone is perfect. Just like the t610 you can't maximize your features. This can't be used as a power phone.

Used this phone for about a year and a half. It is really a reliable phone. The price is very attractive and affordable. Joystick starts to jam about 6 months. Dropped it backward, upward, sideway, and back flipped couple of times and it survives only with minor scratch. No memory slot, bluetooth, and the camera sux(compared to much expensive phone). I mean for the price its a good phone. Good enough for average people like me. Highly recommended.

i have this phone for 2yrs and no problem to say . The only wrong part of this phone is the MEmory..IS TO LOW!!!!! but the price is very atractive

One word can describe this phone...brilliant. It has absolutly everything you could want in a mobile as well as plenty of other extras. You can never get bored, with features including the music dj and frame which you can capture funny images in. The only downside I have to this phone is the annoying lagg when trying to take a photo, and that you can't take the shutter sound off....you get use to it but it is frustrating. The massive screen is a major benefit with the phone, and you never are having to find yourself squinting when trying to send a message. Overall, I give this mobile a 9/10.
