How do you find both E7 and xperia pro from processing speed and battery ... moreE7 has a good enough processor for its OS. It may only be 680mhz buts its fast enough. I find Android needs 1ghz minimum. If i compare the 2, they both lag slightly but the chances are it will lag more on Android, simply because it will want to do much more.
As for battery life, both phones are about the same. I would say the E7 is slightly better. For me, i can get a day out of both, but not much more.
Hi Frnds..... Happy Diwali to all....
I hv 3 questions......
1. When it will be available in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
2. In this phone or android phones, how to scroll in these websites....open www.trainenquiry.com then click the link arrivals. Enter any big junction name there and choose the time of 24hrs. Then in a window list of train in nxt 24hrs will open. Only 7 or 8 trains can be seen there but How to scroll in that window to see all the trains. Other website is nokia's official website same kind of problem is there.
3. In www.bsnl.co.in there is a list of links shown in a staight line like corporate, services, network, etc. In laptop when we point the mouse over these links, automatically a drag down list opens. How to do that in this mobile.
Plz do rply.
In advance thanks for answering my questions.

How do you find both E7 and xperia pro from processing speed and battery point of view?
Got my hands on Xperia Pro today atlast here in Riyadh KSA!! Took SE ages to release this phone and i think they might be a tad bit late. However the physical keyboard is whats it all about and i think it would do well if there are more people like me who can't do without a physical qwerty. Pity the phone in the show case (all three colours, black, red and silver) were without battery and i couldn't turn on the screen to comment on the software and screen performance. However on the physical side i felt a bit wanting upon holding the phone. It felt very plastic to me especially the Silver one. The black and Red ones have a bit of a luster that give it a better build look,... not so much so the Silver one with its matt silver/aluminium finish. The slide-out keyboard felt strudy and keys better spaced for typing than my old Xperia X1, however didn't feel much difference in tha tactile feel... not much has improved there. Knowing SE and having used there top of the line flagship phones for over 10 years... i have stopped expecting many improvements from SE. I expect (and some reviews here confirm) the same lousy speakerphone quality and near blank screen visibility in good sunlight. But as always its the large screen size with a full Qwerty keyboard that makes me opt for SE phones.... otherwise there are lot of other great options.
At the moment the phone just hit the shelves here in KSA and selling for equivalent of US$480 (SAR 1800) which i think is a bit over priced. Hopefully the price will come down in a few months.
AnonD-27693, 25 Oct 2011Please suggest which one to buy Nokia E7 or Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro? Should I wait for Window... moreDon't doubt the E7. Its a very good work phone and for leisure it has an excellent library of games from Gameloft.
I have the Xperia pro now because I changed my E7 for N8 which is the cameraphone king.
The Xperia pro is a good phone but i would rate the keyboard and screen on the E7 as better. Also, the build quality and materials on the E7 wins.
However, if you like the customisation that Android offers, then E7 cannot offer the depth that Android offers. Also, the apps available on Symbian is limited.
So it depends on what you want. Apps and customising? Go for Android. If not then the E7 is a very good choice.
Can u go on the Internet or Facebook using the WiFi even though u do not have the service package
And is the speaker bettr than the iPod touch
