3310? Excuse me, that's a cliche you can save for your internet memes and post on "nineties child" Facebook pages. Now compare to for example W995, there's simply nothing like it.
it is due to proximately sensor that disable your screen or you can say lock your screen.
it is a normal thing in touch screen phones as it is for preventing unwanted touch responses on screen while on calling

Nokia has poor quality?? Really?? That's why the phone still survive after three and half months in water.
I am not here to criticize any brand. I love Sony. I already own Se cedar, LWW and Xperia C.
Where are the statements/source of Nokia and SE reliabilty comparison. Can you please clarify me?? or is it a fact made up by your mind? u have even tell it's a prooven fact. Where is the proove??
Every tech blog and reputed sites always praised about Nokia's build quality. When it comes to reliability and durability, Nokia is second to none. Have you heard about Nokia 3310? The indestructible Nokia. I still see people with old Nokia s30 and s40 phones in their hand. But old se phones are rarely seen. SE is good at reliability, but only second to Nokia.
I have Nokia Lumia 720, which is cheaper than Xperia c, but still feels more premium in hand. It's good to be a fanboy, but don't became blind fanboy. Don't argue without any facts or valid statement. Every OEM has faulty handsets, but that doesn't mean they are poor. It's impossible to make every handset perfect. I have used both Nokia and SE from a long time. so i know which has more reliabilty.
is it possible make video call ? i got problem with xeperia L make video call
What about mcafee security antivirus is it free?
najib1213....sony xperi c better then lenovo..check all details...

1) Xperia C
2) Lenovo S920
3) Lenovo P780
4) Lenovo S820
... moreAnother thing to keep in mind is this line from the mini review of p780 on this site,
"Sluggish real life performance, despite decent benchmark scores"

Najib1312, 06 Dec 2013Which is better among these 4:
1) Xperia C
2) Lenovo S920
3) Lenovo P780
4) Lenovo S820
... moreI like P780, battery life is amazing, and has sharper 720 display. It is somewhat heavy though, and if you are looking forward to future updates then Xperia C is the best bet to get KitKat, and Xperia C offers more than acceptable battery, P780 is a bit like overkill.
If it's the 8GB P780 then I would go for it, if it's the 4GB version I would probably choose the Xperia C instead.
AnonD-133355, 05 Dec 2013It's good to know your phone is working, but not only Sony, Nokia is legend in this department... moreNokia has poor general quality, Ericsson, and later Sony Ericsson, was always the best brand for durability and less faulty units. Both brands have a history of handheld phones going back to early 1990ies so the statistics are reliable and proven over a long period of time, and the statistics say that Nokia has a poor quality, at least compared to Ericsson/Sony Ericsson. For the more recent years it's interesting to note how few defective Samsungs there are, when Nokia was on top the defective units were piling up, why isn't the same happening to Samsung? But in any case we can agree who's on the bottom, no change, it's HTC, former qtec.
Which is better among these 4:
1) Xperia C
2) Lenovo S920
3) Lenovo P780
4) Lenovo S820
In Malaysia, all these 4 phones retails for exactly the same price, which makes me even more confused in choosing the best. Please kindly help me. Thanks.
