Samsung Android Rumors

The Galaxy S9-like phone with dual cameras will not be part of the S-series after all, instead it will be called the Samsung Galaxy Dream-Lite. At least one version of it, SM-G8750, the previous info from TENAA was for the SM-G8850.

Unfortunately, the early indications that this device will be exclusive to China seem to be confirmed by the “CN China” label in the Bluetooth certification.

Anyway, the G8750 model can be seen over at Geekbench, which points to a Snapdragon 660 chipset instead of an 845 as reported originally. AnTuTu says the same thing. Plus, the screen has 1,080 x 2,220px resolution rather than QHD+. Additional specs show that the phone has 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB storage and it will run Android 8.0 Oreo.

So, not quite a Galaxy S9+ mini, but still a solid device.

The same reasons u listed that didn't make 660 popular can also be applied for 710. Compared to last year's 835 it's CPU wld match but GPU wise it's way behind and it's not gonna be any cheaper than 660. Histroically whenever Qualcomm makes a proper ...

If SD660 had really competitive performance and price, we would have seen much more new phone models with SD 660 inside, But we did not. That means it is not so competitive for its price. SD660 has inferior CPU performance and much worse GPU to SD820...
