Uber Reliance Jio

Uber is a ride-sharing service that is already available in more than 25 Indian cities. In order to make user experience even better, the company is partnering with local carrier Reliance Jio to add JioMoney as a cashless payment method.

All you need to do in order to start paying through JioMoney is go to Menu Options in the Uber app and tap on Payment, then Add Payment Method, tap again on JioMoney and wait for instructions.

Along with the new payment method, Uber is giving riders a BookMyShow movie ticket voucher worth INR100. The voucher is earned after the first JioMoney payment and the offer is valid until March 16 for new users of JioMoney on Uber only. The voucher will be sent via SMS within 2 working days and the code is valid for 2 months.

JioMoney is being rolled out in a phased manner, so if you don’t have the payment method yet, it will arrive soon.

JioMoney app is not available for Tizen. Only My Jio app is available in Tizen Store. I think they will launch it when there is better Samsung smartphone. http://www.tizenhelp.com/my-jio-app-available-in-tizen-store/
