vivo Android

The vivo V17 announced last week with an L-shaped quad camera setup is now available for purchase in India.

The smartphone comes in a single 8GB/128GB configuration priced at INR22,990 ($325/€290). You can buy one in Glacier Ice Blue or Midnight Black colors from the company's official India site, Flipkart, Amazon.in, and offline stores across the country.

The Indian V17 is different from the one that's sold in Russia. It's powered by the Snapdragon 675 SoC and boasts a slightly larger (6.44") AMOLED display with a punch hole in the top-right corner for the 32MP snapper.

Another difference between the Russian and Indian versions is that the former features a diamond-shaped quad camera setup while the latter sports an L-shaped quad camera. However, both setups include a 48MP main sensor joined by an 8MP ultrawide, 2MP macro and 2MP depth units.

The V17 packs a 4,500 mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging and draws power through a USB-C port.
