All FIFA officials will receive the phone and will use it during the World Cup in Russia that is happening next year between June 14 and July 15. The device was introduced at a brief ceremony in Moscow, Russia ahead of the World Cup draw.

The vivo X20 FIFA World Cup edition is the same Snapdragon 660-powered phone with a dual camera on the back and a FullView 6.01” screen on the front. It has 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage with an option to add up to 256 GB more through the hybrid SIM/microSD slot. The difference is simply aesthetic - there is the football tournament logo on the lower back.
