The vivo X70 series unveiled last week will debut in India on September 30 as vivo's local branch has set up an event page for the lineup on its official website with a countdown timer which ends on 30th at 12PM IST.
The X70 lineup consists of three smartphones - X70, X70 Pro, and X70 Pro+. But it appears vivo will skip the vanilla model this time in India since the promo page only includes the images of the Pro and Pro+ variants.
vivo also confirmed that the Indian X70 Pro and X70 Pro+ will feature ZEISS T* coating and Ultra-Sensing Gimbal Camera, which we yesterday reported will be available on all the global models of the two smartphones.
While vivo hasn't detailed the specs sheets of the international units, we know the Pro version will have the Dimensity 1200 SoC at the helm instead of the Exynos 1080 powering the Chinese X70 Pro, meaning the global X70 Pro won't have the V1 chip onboard.
You can also expect the international X70 lineup to run Funtouch OS instead of OriginOS, which is currently limited to the Chinese market.
The X70 lineup is confirmed to arrive in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, UAE, and a few other countries, but we don't have a launch date yet. Although we may see it make a global debut during the same period as the Indian launch.
While we await more details about the X70 lineup's global debut, you can check out the detailed specs of the X70 trio here.
