If you recall, it was revealed last month that Xbox One outsold PS4 in the month of September not only in the US, but in the UK as well. Now, according to market research firm GfK, Microsoft's gaming console topped the UK sales charts in October as well.
"Thanks to our fans, Xbox One was the best-selling console in October, the second month in a row in the UK, according to GfK Entertainment," said Xbox UK marketing director Harvey Eagle.
The gap in sales numbers has widened as well - it was 1,500 in September, but jumped to 25,000 in October. Xbox One now holds 56% share of the gaming console market in the UK.
"It's great to see such enthusiasm for the new Xbox One S range of consoles including FIFA 17, Gears of War 4, Battlefield 1 and now - for the first time - Minecraft. All of which are available to purchase now," Eagle added
