They literally make phone worse to force you to change or buy new one. Updates make your phone worse heating issues to make battery heat up expand.

I just replaced the blackshark 3 battery, hypercharge appears, but the charge still takes a long time, anyone knows?

Been using Black Shark 3 for over 2 years now. Very satisfied with it. Only issue I encountered is that sometimes OTG is not detected. While phone can get warm when gaming on mobile data, performance remains consistent even during long gaming sessions. Placed an order for the new Black Shark 5 Pro. Hope it will be as satisfying to own as this one.

I tried to find original screen for this phone and it was impossible. if you break it, you should replace the phone since the screens in the market are all fake.

Tried... moreI dont know if it's going to work to your device cause it worked on mine (Redmi Note 10 Pro). First plug in any earphone. Second go in to the built in music app(Mi Music) and go to settings. Third go to "Advance Settings" and you will find the "Automatic Volume Adjust" thingy. Hope this helps.

This phone OTG is supported but when I try to plug my USB it works but months later it's not working anymore, does anyone know the cause?

My volume automatically adjusted even without pressing the buttons. I hardly play games. Tried restarting multiple times and still the same. Is there any troubleshooting regarding this?

After the update to joyui 12.5, i noticed that the phone battery drain too fast and experience lagging. Its also has a bug on the gyroscope because it move by itself even the phone is on the flat surface. Please fix this blackshark

Are the issue relating to fast battery drain, slow charging and phone automatically turn off when battery is below 30% without warning an OS problem or is it hardware? Also, I just want to confirm if before and after the OS update from JoyUI 10 to 11 to 12.5 really changes the way the phone works, especially the battery issue?

25% of the ROG 5 $1100 btw. Are all defective and you need to pay $300 to fix the motherboard problem and takes 2-3 months to fix means it is DO or DIE as Buyer and Work or DIE as Phone XD
