Xiaomi introduced the Mi 11 smartphone at the end of 2020, becoming the first company to launch a device with the Snapdragon 888 chipset. We've since seen a number of solid reports that the the company is preparing to launch a Mi 11 Pro in February, further expanding the lineup.
Now, according to a source from China, the new Mi 11 Pro (or Mi 11 Pro+) device will have 80W wireless fast charging. Xiaomi has already developed the technology but before it gets to phones, it needs to clear verification from authorities.
If the tech makes it (a rather big if, granted) the Mi 11 Pro will have the fastest wireless charging in the world. We’ve already reported it takes 18 minutes to fill up a 4,000 mAh cell with a dedicated stand, but we should also expect to see the 120W wired charging, spotted in the Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra.
Other rumored specs of the new flagship include a better camera setup placed on a massive rectangle, a periscope lens for 10x optical zoom, and 120x hybrid zoom. The display should be the same as the Mi 11 - 6.81” OLED with QHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 480Hz touch sampling rate.
I am using huawei Mate20pro since 2018 it comes with 40 watt charger until now battery health it's great so i am Sure fast charging will not affect battery life on long term more than regular charging process.
I would totally agree, but it depends if the damaged battery ends up damaging the other components as well. I had a XiaoMi Mi Note 10 Pro, I was super happy with it. But the battery got inflated after a year, and it broke most of what was inside of...
Who cares about battery life if it charges that quick!
