It's because the phone doesn't support the 800 MHz (B20) network band. Perhaps you may try flashing any "Redmi Note 11 pro plus 5g" rom. That supports B20 band!

I use redmi note 11 pro china version in Ghana,I think I have a network band lock because I don't get 4G network and the network is not stable,I need help
