don't buy xolo product world No.1 worst cheating and worst care and service center,i bought this mobile April and i got a update 4.4kitkat after update kitkat i got 7 bugs still not repaired.i given to service center they told we need to repair for 25days after 25 days i called to them they told your mobile in still estimation approval pending.again i asked past two weeks same reply,then they asked to repair clear the estimation approval i need to pay 4000,i have a warrenty period why should i pay,they told your mobile having mother board issue so no 1 cheating service.

Normally it takes 10 days for branded companies to apply a fix for a software error.
It takes same time for a recognized developer On xda to apply a fix for a bug for their developed ROMs
But xolo is a third class company which haved released a third class update for our device and left us with a useless phone .
Please friends make people aware of this third grade service where ever possible because xolo people deserve it

see the battery back up is very bad and trying to reach ur customer care still iam getting the answer busy only

its been more then 3-4 months i have been using this phone. but from past one week i am facing immense problem of battery. anytime the phone gets switched off and when i restart it the batter goes below 10% even if it is 100% charged. once the phone gets switched off automatically it and i switch it on , again it gets switched. the above problem only gets resolve when i keep my phone on charging while its off. but then after few hours it again gives me the same problem.
can somebody please tell me what might be the reason. and should i update it to kitkat right now?

I facing same problem, but worry about that after discussion with xolo care they have told me that to give the handset to service center, after that on 23-May-2014 submit my mobile still now they have told me that "Inconvenience regretted, we have escalated your concern to our backend team. We will get back to you ASAP."
Think many times & then goes to service center.
I think we are waste our money to bought this xolo mobile.

hi frds its an excellent deal with a balance budget. quad core working good with1gb ram.nice click with auto focus .a good battery back up keeps Mevfree from worries. its a pleasent experience having it ...now the time arrive u can trust an Indian brand...

Dear all
I HV purchased xolo q1000 opus.
I m really happy customer.
But after update of OS Jelly bean to Kitkate
I observed following problems.
Impaired network
Frequently left network
Almost lost location tracking system ( GPS)
Now what should I do to back jelly bean or to solve this issues cause so many of us are suffering from this problems.
