yeah..same goes to me... i have inserted an AVI format VIDEO inside the phone..but it says INVALID VEIDO ...i am very much shocked and dissapointed as i bought it a day back...

Hi. Who can show me : how to know JAVA software in this phone C30 n how to install the mobile dictionary ? thank so lot. I like this n want to buy but Iknow about this ( C30 )no more.

BenQ C30 has class 12 GPRS and work fine as a modem. ppl who r finding trouble to use the phn as grps modem follow the steps, it may help:
1. Install the phone suite
2. Run the phone suite frm start menu.. select "Settings".
3. From the "general" tab select COM port: COM3
4. Then go to "Create connection" tab. click create button. then u will see "MTK GPRS modem---COM3" in modem list.
5. Now click "New/Modify" button. New/Modify Operator window will appear..fill info as provided by ur operator. as example my infos r like,
Name:ABC
APN:abcinternet
Number:*99***1#
User name:
Password:
now click the "New" button. in Operator list u ll find the connection name.
6. From Operator list select the connection name tht u just created then click "Create" button again.
7. U r almost done..:) now go to d "Dial up" tab and u will find a "GPRS_urconnection" in d name list. select it and hit the "Dial up" button..
8. Hope u r online with BenQ C30:)
9. U can also config and modify ur connection form Windows Network connections(tht's actually easy than this).. if u r little computer savvy

ya Rana. u r right. BenQ Sucks. c30 dont hav JAVA, color not 256K, Not work as a modem, pc suit not work, its just a CHINESE phone.

i think this mob is the show piece of BENQ. lots of things are advertised but lots of them r missing.
1. pc suit doesn't work
2. there is no java
3. web cam doesn't work
4. not work as GPRS modem
5. earphone sucks
6. there is no driver without mass storage
7. it's just a hired CHINESE phone in the shell of BENQ.

I dont have this phone. But i want to notify you all that this phone do not have java. So you cant install any additional software on it. Gsm arena give wrong information about this phone. Please check benq's official site. Bye.

Try these:
Main Menu > Settings > 1. Phone Setup > 5. Display Characteristic >

the ads said that benq c30 has java 2.0 but i can't install java app on it. is that right? please answer my question.

hey guys i'm useing this benq c30 set, but i can't install mig33 or any jar or jad file in my mobile. pls any one help me. tell me which kinds of file support this mobile??? mail me or call me pls.
