I was really disappointed with this phone. I really like how it looks but it has a lot of problems. It has bad connection, it puts my calls on hold on its own, it texts blank messages to people on its own, when im talking it starts pressing numbers when my finger isn't pressing anything. I don't know if it's only my phone that has all these problems but you might want to look out for these problems.

I have just bought my KU800... but surprise, the keyboard has no light! it's impossible to write a message in the night... there is somewhere an option that i was not able to find?

I bought this phone yesteday and it's sexy just like its mama... the MP3 player is awesome, nice equaliser graphics...the only thing I would say is that my Sony Ericsson camera was a little brighter not better...BRIGHTER besides that I love my new phone.

i've had this phone for a month now and it is really great. i love the design and its been working fine, but the only problem is that when im in a hurry or arent paying attention, sometimes my cheek touches the hang-up button and i hang up on the person im talking to right in the middle of our conversation. the dreaded fat-face hang-up!!!...maybe that could've been the "freezing problem"??

i bought this phone 2 months ago, and i regret. Design is just SEXY(no other words to describe its design), but it freezes FREQUENTLY. First 2 days, it worked fine. But after 2 days, it just freezes when i'm calling my friends. While it freezes, i cannot recieve calls from friend or anyone. If you have a lot of money or eager to get sexy phone, buy it. won't regret it. But i recommend not to buy it because of its freezing issues (I asked my friend who bought this phone, and she had same problem).

Looks like an awesome phone, hopefully getting it when it reaches to Canada. The awesome thing is that they put a microSD slot in it. :)

wel alicia my frends has it but they say it is a good fone but sometimes the touch ped does nt work properly...
but they say apart from the every thong is OK

The screen resolution is 176X220 or 240X360?? I've been checking different sites and they are not really clear about it

When will LG listen to you & I, guess never but we are the people buying there phones. The best phone they made was U8380 (flip phone) I just got offered a free Motorola raz a good loking phone but No where as good as LG U8380. I can't record voices on Motorola while on the phone. 8380 Its great when you havent got a pen & paper, Simply record phone or address. To edit photos its easy, When multi messaging 8380 better. The list goes on & on. LG i know why you don't listen to the public. You need to improve the look of your phones your going off the rails with the last 5 phones you brought out. A concern consumer.

I guess, it's quite good as it's already 3G enabled and camera improved. My bro is using the KG800 and for me, the saddest thing about the phone (and in this model also) is that they lack some features which they should have. Besides, in my opinion, the touch screen is not user handy. I find it difficult to adjust my self to it. Another missing point is that this phone can not be used for multitasking. Although the design is very good, I can say that they are not handy to be used.

Yes i'm sure it has, if there not with the phone ofcourse you can buy it .... And kg800 its bad phone ...
