IICRASHII, 09 May 2011but there is no 100% complete system there must be something bad always .... umm tell me what ... moreIn terms of battery performance it depends, on mine I have live screen saver, push email constantly on (a big battery drainer) all the time, however brightness at the lowest setting and it lasts 2 days with moderate use when using internet, music and phone calls. I know from owning previous phones that if I turn off push email the battery will last longer as the internet connection is always on ready to push new emails to u. I haven't had a single crash yet. Some people will always bang on about battery life but I can assure you that considering the power of the phone Samsung did a great job here. Maybe u should wait until GSM review it for the full picture if u are still unsure.
A truly excellent handset and a step in the right direction for Android in general. All we need now is the Android App store to fully rival that of Apple's. In theory if more people begin to switch from Apple to Android then network effects should begin in time to turn delelopers in our favour. Buy it!! You really wont be disappointed.

(sorry for all that questions but it will be my first samsung and i want it 2 be perfect) :P
Will i get the voice talk applicaion in my Samsung galaxy S@ when it will b launched in INDIA....???? plzzz guys help....
Mine had a stuck pixel, I sent it back. It's a rubbish phone, the screen is overrated. Others I now have returned theirs due to faulty pixels, the phone getting too hot, crashing and for being too big. Camera sticks out & gets scratched. What a let down.
IICRASHII, 09 May 2011So guys what about some disadvantages ?! I did mention in an earlier post that the phone is quite wide so anyone with small hands may need to use two instead of one but that's the price of having a large screen I guess. Everything just works in this phone its as simple as that which which is why most of the reviews are crazy about it. Some people think its expensive but for the performance u get I think its very good value even sim free.
So guys what about some disadvantages ?! Cuz im gonna buy it once it hit the Netherlands and i dont want 2 be surprised later :)
[deleted post]Since I haven't read a single insult to you in that guy's post you have no right to insult him! This issue with the G2's back pannel and it's built quality has been blown out out of proportions! The G2 looks pretty good and you admit it delivers the best performance! For people who are interested in having a very good looking phone there is the Arc! For people who are interested in having the BEST phone there is Galaxy 2!
its nothing to do with iphone fan , i have both iphone4 and SGS2. and i compared the two screens and the samsung no where near the iphone4 screen but as a phone its perfect. go and try it for 10 min and u will c what am talking about. plus play 1080p video on it no chance it will match the screen quality. ( we are talking about screen no phone)
Got the phone in London on Tuesday. After using it for nearly a week now, i have to say i absolutely love it.
I know the back cover looks cheap and flimsy but hey, how many times will you have to open the cover. With all my previous phones, i just opened it once to insert simcard/battery and never touched it again. This does give the phone a light feel though and personallyim happy with it.
The Screen is fantastic and phone itself is super fast. Open google maps and have a GPS lock on your location in 3 seconds :) This phone is the ultimate media mobile and it really has smashed the bar for smartphones and made a name of its own.
It seems the cisco anyConnect has been mysteriously removed from the galaxy s2 microsite specifications. This is bad Samsung! All the corporate users are for once looking forward to an android phone with native support for cisco VPN and this is a big let down!
Anonymous, 09 May 2011i bought this phone and i have to return it,cause of the screen. the iphone4 screen is more de... morehahahahah! what lies! I own both the Samsung Galaxy S2 and the iPhone 4, and I assure you there is NO comparison between the two. The SGS2 owns the iPhone in EVERY way. Then again, it is the best phone out there right now. I'm pretty sure it will be better than iPhone 5 as well.
Go to the apple fansite at lemonparty.org and tell the ppl there. They'd probably give a shit. Fanboy.
RONALD, 08 May 2011The Galaxy S2 is one of the stupid-phone in the World. Usally The Samsung spread to their mone... moreI see we have a hater and a big iPhone fan here...nobody is buying your story, cause it doesn't make any sence!!
i bought this phone and i have to return it,cause of the screen. the iphone4 screen is more detail when u play 1080 video while sgs2 no where near as detailed as iphone. plus if i spend more than 15 min on it playn game or surfing the net i get sore eyes . but with iphone 4 nothing happens. i dont kno if its faulty or not. i really like the phone but i hate the screen.
