s its absolutly rite ..i too used many custom roms...now i am using 2.3.7 gingerbread...very very fast always 200 mb ram free nearly i installed 250 to 300 apps including the hd games...i removed lots of unwanted system apps..still i am having 300mb ...

sure buddy..see once u partitioned ur sd card..then u should install link2sd then only that sdext2 will mounted to ur phone...then in settings u should check the autolink option then after all apk file which ur going to install will directly moved to...
