Being confused with N1 cameraphone 2020 nomination I was going through the cameraphone list and seeing nothing but disappointment, including 12 Pro Max.
- Main cam has significant detail loss in daylight, this is barely acceptable for a flagship. And it becomes totally unacceptable at night time.
- Ultrawide cam detail loss makes it barely usable during daylight and unusable at night. Night mode does the magic and produces somewhat acceptable images, but how often we have static scenery?
- Tele cam is mostly good during the day but somehow made a complete mess in the "mountain" sample. There are a few acceptable night shots but most of them are bad and completely unusable beyond 1600 ISO.
Didn't expect it from Apple, heard mostly good things from people who use iPhones.

Nah pass for this i'll go with 11 pro max or will wait for the iphone 13 to be release in September.

The iPhone 12 mini and be small for people but the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 have a bigger screen size that is normal for 2021. The 12 Pro Max is the biggest one but it is way too big for some people. The lower-tier iPhone 12 and 12 mini is not that different at all from the Pro models and you will find litte to no difference in preformence. If you need that extra camera or the lidar I do recommend the Pro models.

Couldn't recommend the mini or SE because they're too small. Still it's your decision

I think the 12 Pro & Pro Max are great but if you aren't giving much money on phones like me get the iPhone XS and if you are getting the phone now with No limited budget and be using that phone for 7 years then get the 12 Pro or Pro Max.

The quality, both aesthetic and technic, aren't that impressive, even tho they did do something good with the Iphone12. You should probably try other brand, you'll save up a lot of money for the purchase, and post-purchase. Some poorly known brand will tend to outlast Apple by far.
