Bought an open line D80210c-HKG-xx. The LTE/4G is not working. The solution seems to be to flash the ROM (which can only be done in Windows platform). Any other advise on this?
After playing it for one day, found out that you cannot change the individual text alert tone. So coupled with no LTE, so far this phone is not living up to my expectations.
This is the latest specs of G3 dated 27 April :
Display size: 5.5-inches
Display density: 2560 x 1440 pixels, 534PPI
Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 quad-core 2.5GHz --- some webs claimed is Qualcomm 801 ???
RAM: 3GB --- some webs claimed 2GB ???
Internal Storage: 32 + microSD card slot for 128GB more
Camera (back): 13-megapixels, 720p @ 120fps (slow motion), 1080p @ 60fps
Camera (front): 2-megapixels, 1080p @ 30fps
Your comments repeated in several reviews about the onscreen home/back/menu buttons are not accurate. Many fullscreen apps cause those buttons to disappear, not just full-screen video: photo gallery also makes them disappear, other full-screen apps, many games do too.
With the photo gallery when you tap to get sharing/editing options the home/back buttons reappear. On other fullscreen apps you can just swipe down from the top to make them come back.
Even on some apps sometimes they don't go away, but you can swipe them smaller (they turn into dots).
