Macca Nl27 Ladd ! , 06 Jan 2009I can not change The wallpaper on my LG COOKIE everytime i try to it says ...has nt got enough... moredo not try to use pictures from outer memories(memory card) as your phone's wallpaper. The phone can use pictures only from it's inner memory.

pinoyako, 05 Jan 2009here in the phil LG cookie is being sold at around 11,500 pesos. 11.5k pesos for a mere 2G fon... moreiPhone in the Philippines for 36K with a two year lock in period, no copy-paste, no front-facing video, no customer replaceable battery... c'mon pips, be smart with your money. That could already buy you a netbook in addition to a nokia 6220...

I got this phone as a christmas present and i am very disapointed with it. Obviously becasue it is new out the software installed on them is not very good. This is the second phone i have had because i got it replaced becasue of the battery crackeling and the rebooting problem where it resets to the factory settings. It is still happening on this phone so i will be taking it back to get to exchanged again. I thought i was getting a really good deal but in reality im not as after it has reset i have lost all my settings and messages.

i had my lg cookie for xmas and i like it the touch screen is brilliant but my screen gets dirty very quickly and i have to keep wiping it. where can i get a screen protecter from. tb plz thnks

kath, 05 Jan 2009i got lg cookie one week ago,i have a problem saving contacts to phone memory tried everythin... moreHi, i bought my lg kp 500 on boxing day and experienced the same difficulties. First when you click on your contacts icon on the home screen, and click on any of your contacts name, you should notice the notepad icon on the top left of the screen, click on that and it will say move or copy to handset. Hope this helps. By the way, since i've had this phone its rebooted once. The reason this glitch occurs is because if you have external memory such as a memory card which i have and i without knowing the consequence ejected it out of my phone and put it back in, it went back to factory settings and my text messages were erased and my wallpaper was the flowers again. All owners bear this in mind.

BTW, I downloaded LG's Phone software updater to my pc. I connected my phone hoping that it can be updated or upgraded but to my dismay, it states that my phone isn't open for upgrading... well I guess I really have to bring it to the service center to get fixed.

for those people who are not satisfied with the battery life of LG cookie, i guess all touch screen phones are really like that. my friend who owns 3G iphone apple, the battery only lasts for 8 to 12 hrs. everyday! lets hope that LG will make another battery for LG cookie that rates upto 1000mah, coz ryt now the cookie battery is only 900mah.
