Zoom is not working when u use d KP500 in 3M,2M or 1M.
except this if set the camera in any other pixle means 380*280 or else then it is working...........

I got the cookie and the mouthpiece conked. The service centre replaced the part and it is working normally. The camera is quite bad indoors and auto whitebalance gives dull grey photos, in light outdoors the camera is ok. The PC Suite is very so so. To send SMS from PC you have to enter the numbers and your phonebook is not available to you. SO be prepared to type either the text or the numbers. The cheering part is the phone software and its user friendliness and is very comfortable to use.Email client is also great so is browsing. Document reading works fine but you miss the navi key terribly as the touch navigation is clumsy, cannot copy anything from the docs.

hello, i have kp500 with latest firmware.but battery backup -only 1day with no vibration and 20% brightness and 1hour talktime.it is under warranty.LG technician said-it has only 1day battery backup -is it true? pls rply.
