I purchased the v10 because of the expandable memory and how it was more inexpensive than other devices full retail. I enjoy the secondary screen because of customization and easy access. I upgraded to MM version 6.0 and I enjoy the new features more. It now has video calling. Better picture quality on apps. It also lets you know when someone is typing or have read your message. I have more to explore but I dislike how my screen sometimes delays on turning on. I dislike how some apps (like Snapchat) that now with MM ... sometimes it freezes or has a tech issue while navigating. But Ill keep posted.

AnonD-139036, 04 Apr 2016yesterday i updated my LG V10 to Marshmallow under build V20a-AME-xx until now battery is good . Please remove battery and take a picture of back side and send to me, I want to your V10 version, If your v10 is given good. service.
TOP 4 major problem i experience from lg v10. i used it for 5months.
1. Image retention or screen burn notice in home touch bottom and sides of screen.cause long time use or full time use in high brightness.
2. Light bleed in second screen. But it fix a little bit when updated to 6.0 marshmallow.
3. Battery 3000mah issue. not enough
4. Home touch bottom issue. only have two option color black or white. I suggest must have grey or same as lg g3 function color. to fix screen burn in home touch buttom.
First, I'd like to say that this mobile phone is very very impressive with all its featuers.
But there's something wrong about it, when I only pass my finger on the home button (which probably open Google Now option), it makes the phone to freeze & hang, then there's no way to use the phone unless you remove the battery and put it again.
Can anyone help me in this issue, plz.
I use Android 6 (Marshmallow).

Updated, hard reset, etc. I went through 3 of these until my carrier allowed me to get out of it and choose a totally diff phone. I do not recommend this phone. If you have one and love it, count yourself lucky.
AnonD-527192, 17 Apr 2016Since i have updated to marshmallow my lg-h962 v10, it constantly turns off and restarts on it... moreSeems like it's a software bug issue . will advice you to send your phone to the service center to reflash it's software, that should resolve your issue.
Since i have updated to marshmallow my lg-h962 v10, it constantly turns off and restarts on its own when im not using it.. When i put it down after using it, 5-10 minutes later i try to unlock it and the screen goes black and restarts.. But weirdly i dont have to re-enter my sim lock code..
Anyone else have this problem.? Cheers :)
Im gonna buy a new phone now, and Im stuck between lg v10 and iphone SE...can anyone help me to choose the better one??Thanks:)
I have the dual sim version H962, the bluetooth stopped working when I updated to marshmallow 6.0
Anonymous, 14 Apr 2016I've found claims of there being a dual-SIM version of the LG V10, but no information is avail... moreThree versions of the V10 support dual SIM. The H961N (for Hong Kong market), the H962 (Taiwan market), and the H968 (mainland China).
All three phones support Asian frequency bands. None will receive any 4G or LTE service on any carrier in the USA (my home), but they might be passable in Europe, India, and elsewhere.

Hrvat99, 13 Apr 2016I'd rather buy V10, because i really like the design and screen size and also expandable storage :) I completely agree with Hrvat :)
I've found claims of there being a dual-SIM version of the LG V10, but no information is available here. I'm speculating the dual-SIM variant came out well after the single-SIM, so perhaps the GSM Arena folks missed it?
