I have a problem with my mobile,when i sent a message it says "Error Unknown".The messages saved in the phone memmory can't be opened,eventhough i have selected sim as my storage device.

What a stupid phone yar? Don't buy this phone. My keypad is not working....... My battery is not working (Charger is not a problem ONLY THE BATTERY PROBLEM)....... Data cord not working....... Chat option not working.......

huh...bad phone...can't display screensaver...and now after 1 year i used..the battery can't be charged...phone problem not charger...NOT RECCOMENDED...

When I tried using my brand-new unit to call, it cuts the call the moment the other person answers. No one can call me, either. Anyone with the same problem?

siva, 26 May 2010I have this Motorola W388, there's this warning that says "DB Corrupt! Re-create DB"... moredude...i too had the same problm fw days back...actually the problem is that the software has been corrupted...so u better find the nearest motorola service center and reinstall the software...on reinstallation i had been charged Rs350...all d best!!
