Why does my Lumia 535 just keep shutting down and restarting? It doesn't even reach the tiled screen it just shows the Microsoft start up screen (4 blue boxes) and then shuts down again.

In my lumia 535, Initially I am also facing the touch issues. its got fixed with the first update. But, now my voice is very low for the caller even not audible to them. my phone was working fine before the recent update.
